AVG (GDPR)

To ensure the quality and protection of the use (and storage) of personal data, since May 25, 2018, you must comply with the new European data privacy legislation (GDPR). This legislation, also known as the AVG - General Data Protection Regulation - legislation consists of a number of strict requirements that your organization must meet in order to protect the personal data of third parties. Sarbanes Oxley (SOx)

If your organization wants to comply with the SOx legislation, an annual statement should be issued by the General and Financial Director. This statement should explicitly state that all internal controls around financial reporting are effective, and no significant deficiencies have been identified. The audit takes place periodically, testing the design of the controls and their operation. We at RAC have extensive experience in SOx testing and help your organization become SOx compliant.
