The new European privacy legislation (GDPR)

To ensure the quality and protection of the use (and storage) of personal data, since May 25, 2018, you must comply with the new European data privacy legislation (GDPR). This legislation, also known as the AVG - General Data Protection Regulation - legislation consists of a number of strict requirements that your organization must meet in order to protect the personal data of third parties.

The AVG (GDPR) applies to all companies, which process personal data. Think of: ID proof, BSN numbers, sick leave, certificate of good conduct (VOG), name and address details and so on. At RAC we ensure that your organization, after going through our 3 phases, becomes AVG compliant.
