IT Auditor (RE)
Do:
What to do.
As an IT auditor, you will be actively involved in performing IT audits at our clients.
You will perform various assurance audits, such as DigiD, ENSIA, annual audit, SOx, ISAE3000 and ISAE3402 audits. By performing audits, you help organizations improve and develop yourself even more.
Your duties will initially include:
Discussing audits with the client in advance;
Preparing an investigation approach/audit plan;
Conducting investigations/audits together/in teams;
Conducting interviews and analyzing and reviewing documentation;
Writing reports.

You have the ambition to continue your studies as a Registered IT Auditor (RE) or already have an RE.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, for example at an auditing organization, IT service provider or as an IT professional at a large organization.
You have a constructively critical working attitude: you recognize what is going well and identify where something needs to be improved/improved.
You can put theory into practice.
You have strong analytical skills and work in a structured way.
You have good communication skills, write clearly and concisely.
You have a straight back, enjoy communicating your point of view.

(IT) Business Consultant

What to do.
As an (IT) Business Consultant you will work for one of our clients to advise and support the relevant department in the design and optimization of its business processes and applications. As lead you will ensure that this is optimally aligned with the policy of the organization, its IT architecture, IT policy and information security policy.
You are responsible for the realization of optimal (IT) support, in which information management and information provision are central. Hereby you analyze the set-up of the department and its systems, processes and applications. Where necessary, you make improvement proposals. You align these with IT architecture, information security and the policy of the organization. You also support the implementation of changes and improvements in processes and systems.
From information management and information provision, you advise managers on the optimal course of action for the needs within the department. In doing so, you are the owner of various projects within the department and are responsible for their design and implementation. You draw up recommendations, implementation plans and procedures and guide the department in their use.

Experience with acting within a complex customer environment and technical policy frameworks.
Can translate business problems into an advice, plan and outline of the technical solution.
Has knowledge of topics such as IT infrastructure, architecture, and applications.
Knowledge in the field of management and organizational support is a plus.
You are enterprising, driven and eager to learn and have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing.

HR Business Partner

As HR Business Partner you are responsible for recruiting and selecting potential candidates. Furthermore, you are proactively talking to our (potential) clients and candidates to get the right match. With your vision on recruitment and the labor market, you initiate, develop and implement (strategic) recruitment and labor market policies. You will also be "in the middle of operations" helping to recruit talent that fits our organization. That makes the package varied and dynamic. Within our young and dynamic team you know how to be flexible.
